Samantha recently graduated from University of Connecticut where she studied physiology, neurobiology, and anthropology. Driven by a passion for public health and service, Samantha founded UConn’s chapter of United Against Inequities in Disease and has worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations to promote health access for refugees and other underserved populations in her local community.
She has also researched medical access abroad in Honduras, Panama, and Ghana. Samantha is currently pursuing certification in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring at the University of Connecticut Graduate School.
